Ms. Van Bui has a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is in the process of completing her PhD at the University of Waterloo. She is completing a practicum under the supervision of Dr. Agar and offers assessment services.

Van is known for her warm, compassionate, and collaborative style, working closely with clients to foster a safe assessment environment to understand their primary concerns and develop personalized treatment plans. Her clinical interests encompass a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, mood, OCD, trauma-related, and neurodevelopmental concerns. 

Van’s clinical training spans various settings, including the Centre for Mental Health Research and Treatment (CMHRT), Anxiety Studies Division at the University of Waterloo, and St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg. She has training and experience conducting comprehensive psychodiagnostic and psychoeducational assessments in addition to various therapeutic approaches: Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Interpersonal Reconstructive Therapy (IRT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). She also has experience working with diverse populations including neurodivergent, BIPOC, and 2SLGBTQIA+ adults.
